Firefly’s Technical Education has a distinct engineering heritage. Through our involvement in manufacturer New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, we collaborate closely with the manufacturer to develop and launch the first technical education offerings for those products. As a result, our instructors, content developers, and engineers are among the first people in the industry to gain deep expertise across a variety of new technologies.
Our courses drive confidence, ensure successful deployments, and support accreditation plans and certifications. Technical Education courses are available across our technology portfolio, with constantly updated courseware and lab infrastructure that keeps pace with product updates.
Our instructors and courseware developers maintain high standards of practical experience by spending time delivering not only classroom education, but also delivering on-site Mentored Services to customers who are deploying new technologies.
Firefly has a sophisticated physical lab infrastructure that supports both virtual and physical hardware labs. Our Data Center – located in Nevada, U.S. – acts as a global private network backbone through which provide low-latency access to live and on-demand training to students around the globe.
Technical Education classes are available through our education channel partners – as a private class, or as individual seats – and are delivered by Firefly instructors, on Firefly labs, with Firefly courseware.
