Firefly COVID-19 Crisis Support | A letter to our customers

The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to contact you and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Firefly.

First and foremost, all our efforts are being directed toward helping our customers and students to maintain their learning plans and business momentum. With this as our objective, we have moved all our training events to 100% virtual live events and I am delighted to announce not one single class or event has had to be canceled unless specifically requested by one of our customers.

Furthermore, in the next couple of days, we will be releasing highly discounted virtual live training pricing to our entire customer base. We have implemented these special discounts to help support students who are financially challenged at this time and for students who have more time to attend virtual classes due to the travel and way of life restrictions being implemented in every country around the world.

We have completed the project to move all our employees home to work. With our highly-distributed workforce and many of our employees typically working remotely, this shift has been very smooth and fast. We continue to deliver the highest levels of class performance, availability, and engagement in our virtual classrooms.

Even as we deal with this pandemic, our 250-person team at Firefly remains laser-focused on your success. While all our businesses are in uncharted territory, Firefly was built to handle moments like this, and our relentless commitment to your success is stronger than ever.
